Get started with LiveMotion

Create your first Live Photo

1. Open LiveMotion and choose a video from your photo library.
2. Trim the clip to the moment you want to keep.
3. Preview the motion, then create your Live Photo.
4. Save it to Photos and choose it when you personalize your iPhone Lock Screen.

Export from an existing Live Photo

LiveMotion can also extract the still image or video component from a Live Photo. Choose the Live Photo, select the export you need, then save it to Photos or Files.

A quick note on access

LiveMotion asks for Photos access only when you choose media or save an export. Your selected media is processed on-device; see the LiveMotion Privacy Policy for details.
