Get started with Ippuku

Choose a rhythm

Open Ippuku from the menu bar and start with a preset such as 25/5, 30/5, or 45/10. You can also set custom focus and break periods from one to 180 minutes.

Pick your break experience

Preview an atmosphere before your next break. The Balanced Underwater effect and the complete focus-and-break loop are free; additional effects and controls are part of Ippuku Pro.

Screen Recording is optional

Ippuku can use temporary in-memory still images of your desktop to render selected visual effects. You can decline that permission and use Pure Ambient mode where available. Read the Ippuku Privacy Policy for the full explanation.
